REVIEW Tie Breaker by P. Dangelico

TIEBREAKER

By P. Dangelico

NOW LIVE!!!

Tiebreaker by P Dangelico is such a fantastic book! I had never read any of this wonderful author's book until I saw Baby Maker being released. Once I read Baby Maker, I was hooked on her writing! I simply can not get enough!! If you have not read anything written by Ms Dangelico yet, I highly recommend grabbing any of her books and sitting down and having a read.

With Tiebreaker, there is a part in the story that I know will rub a lot of people the wrong way. It may not be a safe read for some people who like to read stories without any outside influences and such. In my opinion, yes it was not the best thing the Hero could have done but it was also not the worst thing I have ever read about in a book before. I really liked this story, and my opinion is just one of many.

So let's have a look at this book. I must say, guys with tattoos are a major weakness of mine, so I simply LOVE this cover so much! Want to know more about the book itself? Here is the blurb -

All is fair in love and second chances.
Professional tennis star and everybody’s darling, Maren Murphy is going home. Unfortunately, going home is the last thing she wants to do. She doesn’t know what’s worse, being named the executor of her grandfather’s estate, or having to deal with her grandfather’s business partner, Noah Callahan. That devil’s spawn may have broken her young, tender heart, but this time it’s advantage Murphy. If anyone’s calling game, set, and match, it’ll be Maren.
Re-match on.
Noah Callahan is a screw up. Well…he used to be a screw up. Bad boy reputations, however, are not easily shed. He’s been a successful business owner for over a decade. You would think the people in his hometown would’ve forgiven and forgotten already, but alas no. Until his one shot at redemption walks into his office. Maren Murphy is the only woman he ever loved––and the one he purposely drove away.
She’s vowed to hate him for all eternity. He’s vowed to love her forever. Can a second chance be the tiebreaker.

Here is my review of the book -

Rating - 💜💜💜💜.5

Oh my word, this story is a slow burning, second chance Romance with all of the feels. I absolutely loved Noah and Maren’s story. It pushes the boundaries, but I personally thought it was a well written story.

Maren is a well known tennis player. She left town 10 years ago, running away from the heartache, but now she is back, even though she doesn’t want to be. Noah will do anything to make things right with Maren.
Noah did something quite questionable, and I know a lot of people are not going to like it at all. If this was real life then yes, fair enough, I am totally against it in real life situations. But since books are a fantasy world, I can deal with it as long as it isn’t an all the time thing . A once off is ok. And what happened in this story was a once off.

This is a story of love finding it’s way back to where it belongs, where it should never have left. Although it was a slow burn romance I never felt like it was too slow. Every word held my interest and I was never bored, and never skipped any part of it. I loved this book and the emotions it enticed within me. I can not wait to read Bebe’s story next!
