Dax... oh sweet Dax. Let's start with that cover.. HOT DAMN. That cover model is HOT! I love that this cover model portrays Dax so well. He is the perfect fit for sure. This story is my second read from this author and it was just absolutely brilliantly written! Not only was I hooked, but I could not put my book down at all. I wanted more from Dax and Violet.

Dax is a sweetheart! I have read so many alpha males lately that it was refreshing to read Dax's story. Dax is just addicting, I was falling in love with him right along with Violet. He is the perfect book boyfriend.
Violet is a little broken inside and I just wanted to hug her so bad! Violet is just perfect for Dax in everyway. Their connection is felt strongly through the book, inside every page. Violet, although she is slightly broken due to her past, she is strong, she stands up for what she believes in, she is an amazing heroine and definitely one of my favourites.

This book pulled so many emotions from me. I felt so sad at times for Dax and Violet! The twist I didn't see coming was like WOAH!!!! But I kind of hope we get some insight into his side of the story as well. Maybe he will have his own book? Who knows, but I can only hope! This author is just amazing and her books are just fantastic. With each one I read I fall more and more in love with the worlds she creates. I can't wait to pick up more from this author and fall in love some more.
